Introducing the 2012 Nissan GT-R Spec R

The Nissan GT-R will receive some pretty powerful enhancements in the land down under. Australian Nissan fans can expect added features and a more powerful suspension, combined with even more horsepower, in the upcoming Spec R variant. The question remains, will we ever see this model on the Dick Scott Nissan showroom, at 42175 Michigan Avenue in Canton, MI?

2012's Nissan GT-R is capable of 0-100km/h (aka - 0 to 62 miles per hour) in 3.0 seconds flat. Nissan's Spec R variant 0 to 62 mph time has not been confirmed, but has been rumored to hit around the 2 second mark. This makes it one of the fastest vehicles to ever come out of the Japanese auto maker's line up.

If Nissan hits their projected speeds and times, this number will destroy known Nurburgring lap records.

According to reports by online magazine 7Tune, "The Japanese manufacturer is about to embark on testing of the last facelifted model during the second half of this year."1

These are exciting times to get inside a Nissan dealer and test drive all the various safe, fast and sporty cars at Dick Scott Nissan.
