Two Limited Edition Krom Models Are No More


Nissan has decided to discontinue two of their Krom vehicles in 2012.  The Rogue Krom and Cube Krom have been popular among consumers since their debut in 2009 but Nissan intended them to be limited edition models.  "They sold just fine, but they were billed as limited edition,"1 explains Nissan spokesperson, John Schillings.  The Krom models featured unique front fascias defined by brilliant horizontal chrome bars, and dark chrome wheels.

Unfortunately for Krom fans, Schillings also says, at this time, Nissan has no plans to bring back the special-editions, in the "near future."2 That said, all other Nissan…

One-Million Mark Reached for the Nissan Frontiers


Dick Scott Nissan is proud to announce that Nissan has produced its one millionth Frontier!  This is an outstanding accomplishment given that it took only 14 years.  Where did the one-millionth Frontier roll off the assembly line? Right here in the U.S., at the Smyrna, TN manufacturing facility.

We would like to honor Nissan's feat by sharing a little bit of the Frontier's many evolutions. Taking a brief trip back in time, we'll reminisce how the Nissan Frontier became the first mainstream pickup in the U.S. and grew to its success today.

The Nissan GT-R will receive some pretty powerful enhancements in the land down under. Australian Nissan fans can expect added features and a more powerful suspension, combined with even more horsepower, in the upcoming Spec R variant.
