Nissan Expects EV Charge Time to be 10 Minutes by 2021


If you've been paying attention to Nissan news lately, you know the Japanese automaker debuted an all-new quick charger, in September. Boasting 500V (20V more than the last generation) it's currently slated to hit select Japanese markets, next month. A Look at a Futuristic Concept


Have you ever wanted to control your car with your mind?  Well, in the near future that might be a real possibility. Soon, vehicles like the Nissan Altima may be able to read your mind.

 

Nissan has joined forces with ?cole Polytechnique F?d?rale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland to research "Brain Machine Interface" (BMI) concepts. The idea allows disabled people to maneuver wheelchairs by thought transference. Nissan hopes to convert this project for use in cars, so that disabled drivers (and able bodied ones) can drive telepathically.
